Ginko Biloba has been used for brain function for centuries. It can be purchased at local health food store. Also a good multivitamin like Centrum etc.
try meditation. it involves clearing your mind. search for it on the web and get a more broad idea. good luck
caffine I’ve got my coffee IV drip hooked up and I’m percolating along nicely.
Read interesting magazines your mind will gets focus towards it automatically
dont bother with caffeine……just take speed (dextroamphetamine, levoamphetamine, methylphenidate)…..talk about being able to focus. Maybe you have an underlying condition of Attention Deficeit Disorder, for which they prescribe the above mentioned medications.

if your a person with an attention deficit type problem then smoke a joint b4 going to bed, the next morning you will wake up feeling as if you had the best night sleep you ever experienced and the burnt out feeling you get helps you focus on one thing without stressing about it or choking. it also helps you forget the 100 other things that clutter your mind.
Try fish oil or flax seed oil.
I would say what works for me is Meditation hundred percent.
Get a good checkup and make sure there is no mercury amalgams in your mouth.
Mercury is one of the worst poisons the medical profession has bestowed on us.
Also bear in mind the brain has three major requirements: oxygen, water and glucose.
So open the window, drink loads of fresh pure water and remember to eat healthy non crappy food
